I wanted to say that I am so happy that there is finally a real estate blog talking about Carmel Valley and the monterey peninsula.  Your blog is terrific.  It is very refreshing to see that an agent is embracing technology to educate the community!!!  I love it.  
I hope you keep it up!  It is a very frustrating experience searching for information on an area to only find generic agent websites that provide no useful data other than MLS services!  Your website and blog are very informative and very well done!

My answer would be the same now.

Does that work for everyone? Of course not! But if you like the house, like the neighborhood, plan to LIVE in the house for a while...buy it. In a few years, you will tell yourself that you must be a very smart person to have bought when you did.</description>
